1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our facility at 93 Field Street or booking our services online, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We don't like fine print either, so we've kept this straightforward. Haven't we always prioritized your peace of mind?

2. Service Deliverables

Our ChronoGlow precision wash involves advanced automated systems and hand-detailing. While we strive for perfection, results may vary based on vehicle age and paint condition.

  • We aren't liable for pre-existing damage, loose trims, or non-factory modifications.
  • Customers must ensure all windows and sunroofs are sealed shut before entry.
  • Remove all antennas and loose exterior items prior to the wash.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

We value your time as much as our own. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 15% rescheduling fee. Why lose a slot when a quick call solves everything?

Membership Protocols

Our subscription service is billed monthly. You can pause or cancel at any time, but please give us 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Privacy & Data

We collect your plate number and phone for booking reminders only. We won't sell your data. That's a Chrono Precision Car Wash promise.

Liability Limitation

Specifically, Chrono Precision Car Wash and its team in Clifton Hill shall not be held responsible for mechanical failures or water ingress for vehicles over 10 years old or those with visible structural damage. Is it fair to expect a machine to fix what's already broken? We ask for your patience and honesty regarding your vehicle's history.
